We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing/Digital Marketing Manager to help us in our overall marketing operation. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion and Digital Marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for implementing and executing strategic marketing plans in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Responsibilities of the Marketing/Digital Marketing Manager include : - Brand awareness, Building strategies for Brand development - Building strong Marketing programs/campaigns to drive engagement with the target audience - Website management/development, SEO/SEM - Facebook ad, Google ad, Google adwords etc - Design, build and maintain our social media presence, social media marketing - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Marketing &amp; Digital Marketing - Plan Marketing activities and necessary communication for new product launches - Marketing Expenditure Budget management and reporting - Recruitment and Training of Direct Marketing executives - Monitoring &amp; Reporting of Direct Marketing executive's daily activities on Digital platform - Team management and individual performance monitoring - Monitoring of Self and team's main KPIs - Planning of in-store and guerrilla activities/BTL activities on the field - Collecting feedback from the field and improvement on direct marketing activities - Planning merchandising projects and management of POS materials - Planning purchase of materials and logistical organisation - Training of Field force/Sales team on Marketing aspects - Organization of different events/workshops etc - Market research, keep updated with current industry trends and competitor's analysis Required Candidate profile : - Master's Degree/MBA in Marketing or equivalent from a reputed institute - At least 5-6 years of Experience in Marketing (Digital/offline) preferably from FMCG industry - Fluency in English is must - Strong Negotiation and analytical skills - Creative, Multi-Tasking, good in meeting the deadlines etc - Flexibility and problem solving - Capability to manage other people - Basic HTML and graphics knowledge - Basic web tools knowledge (google adwords, facebook, instagram etc) - Comfortable to travel across the country
