Farm X - Specialist - Recruitment

Reporting into the Head HR, the role entails the below :

- Manage end to end recruitment for Farmx

- Use all channels of sourcing for need fulfillment

- Work closely with business leaders and HR team to implement and improve staffing systems

The successful candidate has the below:

- 4-8 years of total experience in HR with a Masters in HR from a reputed B school

- Hiring Experience in Agri Industry will be an added avantage
