Atleast 10 + years in the agri input industry, together with experience in diverse products is preferable.

Degree in agriculture and should have attended several seminars /conferences /courses to enhance knowledge on the industry.

Skills/Responsibilities

- Deep and vast knowledge on inputs used in agriculture and changing trends

- Complete clarity on the supply chain and related pain points.

- Inherently innovative, creative and have a knack of finding new ways to improve productivity

- Tie up with Agri Input companies to sell their product on our online platform

- Responsible for demand and sale generation

- Build a high Performing team

- Good track record of leading successful teams and networking

- Clearly demonstrated leadership abilities

- Excellent people management & analytical skills
