FarEye - Senior Manager - Finance Planning & Analysis

This role requires CA with relevant expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis. You should possess excellent proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, Annual Operating Plan, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and update Budget on periodical basis and proactively keep rolling over budget for future period

- Prepare budget vs actual, draw down reasons and discuss with Team Leads. Update budget if required for future period

- Present and explain budget and actual vs budget to management, CXOs and investor

- Assist lead, management with assigned tasks and prepare required as & when details for analysis

- Work & allocate budget on geo basis

- Pro-actively raise alarms to the management/team leads on alarming matters in budget or it monitoring

- Provide various MIS in provided templates related to company financials

Skills Required:

- CA with 7 years+ of experience in leading a FP&A team in industry. Knowledge and experience in Budgeting, Analytics, MIS, investor/CXO reporting, Global exposure

- Keen on working for a fast based startup with Global reach

- Highly proficient on excel, PPT, BI tools

- Good communication & presentation skills

- Knowledge in JIRA, Salesforce & NetSuite are good to have

- Should be flexible with shift timings

- Good Attitude
