Fareportal - Senior Product Analyst

We are seeking for Manager for Transport Department who possess end to end transport operation.

- We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Analyst who is passionate about comprehensive understanding of business issues in a highly competitive online travel environment, has the ability to analyze them, make recommendations and create solutions in collaboration with technology teams to address the gaps. This individual will think/act globally and contribute innovative ideas to further Fareportal product management needs and create business efficiencies.

- We are creating nest generation tools for post booking management which can be used efficiently by our agents as well as self-served by our customers.

Requirements :

- 10+ Years of Experience.

- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.

- String preference for Travel/E-commerce industry experience.

- Strong data management / modeling and reporting analytics skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills, including strong verbal, written communication skills and excellent listening skills.

- Ability to interact effectively with all levels within and outside the organization, including senior management.

- Ability to work on many tasks simultaneously in a high pressure environment.

- Ability to work successfully across cultures and regions.

- Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Gain a deep understanding of existing flight booking systems and transaction management systems used in Fareportal call center environment and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to continually enhance and optimize them.

- Manage backlog of projects and prioritize them based on cost-benefit analysis in collaboration with leadership team.

- Translate scope and strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.

- Collaborate with technology teams to carry out feasibility analysis, identify solution options and deliver new product features.

- Monitor post-implementation performance for adherence to goals and objectives.

- Have a good understanding of the practical application of data relationships between various systems.

- Partner with all internal stakeholders to help drive the business.

- Ability to create Adhoc reports.

- Deliver good quality documentation along with BPM & Work Flows.

- Active participation in Daily Scrum and Sprint planning meetings.

- Perform User Acceptance Testing and send out release notes to the business community.
