Main areas of focus are user experience personalisation, product recommendation systems, user engagement analytics and forecasting Your Role : - Identify organization level key growth areas, develop effective analytical solutions, and craft intervention strategies using statistical/econometric techniques - predictive and prescriptive - Work in a proactive manner to create comprehensive frameworks which will provide a unified view of the users and develop data-led strategies to influence the product/organization roadmap - Drive independent conversations around planning, design, and execution of projects with diverse stakeholders; and implement tracking mechanisms. In brief, own end to end project delivery starting from ideation and framework development to execution and implementation - Partner with various teams of FanCode to develop intervention strategies - tactical and long term - Build a culture of test and learn, encourage experimentation and drive thought leadership - Establish credibility as a critical influencer of product/business strategy based on rich insights and predictions from data Must Have : 5+ years of experience in the Analytics domain with demonstrated ability in handling multiple stakeholders/leaders and aiding in the adoption of data-led decision making at the organization level 3-5 years of experience in predictive analytics techniques and a good understanding of key statistical concepts which the candidate would have leveraged in her/his projects (Churn Prediction, Propensity Models, Segmentation Frameworks, NLP, Demand Forecasting etc.) Strong communication skills and ability to break down problem statements logically, and present actionable insights to key stakeholders of the organization Good to Have : Experience in leading a team of business analysts and adept in the ways of working in an OKR driven delivery environment Love for Sports : Dream Sports is a sports technology company with brands such as Dream11, FanCode, DreamX, DreamSetGo and DreamPay in its portfolio.
