Position Overview:

As a Sales Operations Consultant at Falcon Incentives, you will play a vital role in providing strategic guidance and operational support to our clients in the sales and marketing domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that optimize sales performance and drive business growth.

This role requires a deep understanding of sales processes, data analysis, and the ability to develop and execute effective strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, sales processes, and challenges. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and strategies to improve sales effectiveness.

- Data Analysis: Leverage data analytics to assess sales performance, identify trends, and uncover insights. Develop metrics and reporting frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to drive revenue growth.

- Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate existing sales processes and identify areas for improvement. Design and implement streamlined processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance sales efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.

- Sales Force Effectiveness: Collaborate with sales leaders to optimize sales force size, structure, and deployment. Provide guidance on sales incentive programs, sales compensation plans, and sales force automation tools.

- Sales Analytics and Forecasting: Develop and implement sales forecasting models and methodologies. Monitor and analyze sales trends, pipeline health, and revenue projections to support decision-making and resource allocation.

- Change Management: Facilitate change management initiatives related to sales processes, systems, and strategies. Work with stakeholders to drive adoption and ensure successful implementation of new initiatives.

- Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales operations and analytics. Contribute to the development of thought leadership assets, white papers, and industry presentations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or a related role.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

- Familiarity with sales force automation (SFA) tools and CRM systems.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at various levels.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
