We are Leading pure-play analytics company providing - Software enabled & Professional- Services. On a Steep Growth path: FY- 21 Growth is 75%, next 3 years Est. Growth is expected to be 70% plus. We hold deep expertise in Data Science & Cloud Data Engineering development, deployment and migration projects of Fortune 500 Customers.

Responsibilities:

Factspan Analytics is looking for an experienced Sales leader who can develop and own Sales strategies for the business. You and your team will partner with teams and leaders to actively engage in business development. You will build upon and rely on your expertise and effectiveness to align critical Sales principles with business objectives. Your focus will be to help the organization achieve its strategic growth objectives.

- Be accountable for the attainment of new Customer Acquisition and Sales targets.

- Identifying new opportunities in industry verticals and driving expansion into them

- Proven skill in Solution selling and executing complex sales cycles with CXOs.

- Can articulate a clear vision and set the overall strategy & goals for the business.

- Development of the sales team, includes recruiting, on-boarding and training new Account Executives

- Support direct reports by participating and leading in prospect meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required.

- Drive operational rigour : Monitoring sales activities of the team and tracking results. Maintain CRM discipline. Ensure forecast accuracy by managing sales pipeline.

Desired Skills:

- B.tech & MBA with 10-15 years, Experience in End-to-End Enterprise Software/Services Sales.

- Must have deep understanding of the Indian/Middle East or North America Market in terms of pricing, Vendor Management Policies, competition.

- Must have added new logos and closed deals in Indian/Middle East or North America Market in last 3 years(- 18/- 19/- 20)

- Designing and developing Sales Strategy for New and Emerging Technologies/Service Lines

- Proven track record of growing the business and consistently exceeding quotas.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage external stakeholders

- People Management Experience of 5+ team size

- Analytics Industry experience preferred
