Impact :

To assist the principal consultant(s) right from planning to execution of various mentoring and consulting engagements to achieve the client success.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Wholly responsible for research and analysis activities pertaining to client projects throughout the project lifecycle

2. Participate in project planning, goal setting and project review meetings along with internal and client-side stakeholders

3. End-to-End Project coordination which includes but not limited to scheduling client meetings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, client communications, resolve project-related issues and concerns, monitoring the timelines of key tasks, etc.,

4. Wholly responsible for project-related meeting minutes, process documentation and any other documentation for the project success

5. Reporting of project progress and key deliverables on monthly basis for the designated projects

6. Visiting and working at client location(s) and other locations as and when necessary

7. Contribute for the development of proprietary management frameworks & training of client's resources for effective implementation of such frameworks

8. Organize workshops and/or webinars to educate prospects and/or clients on key industry trends, functional insights, strategic analysis, framework training, etc.,

9. Lead a team of interns who may be involved in industry/market/company research & analysis, feasibility studies, data visualization, etc.,

10. Must publish targeted numbers Industry research reports, white papers and monthly news bulletin for clients and external stakeholders, on quarterly basis

11. Any other administrative activities delegated by Principal Consultant(s)

Pre-requisites :

1. Management graduate specialized in Finance or Marketing from reputed B-School

2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in management consulting firm or management research agency or market research agency or must have worked in any corporate as team lead or must have worked in startup leading one or more key business functions

3. Must have passion to progress in consulting profession

4. Good business acumen and financial acumen

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills

6. Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills

7. Must be well-versed in project documentation and project management skills

8. Must demonstrate go-getter and achiever attitude

9. Must be proficient in MS-Office and/or G-Suite

Report Writing - To assess the documentation and reporting capabilities

Presentation - To assess the comprehension, articulation and communication skills
