3 LOCATION - GOA

4 CTC : 23 LPA

5 ROLE OBJECTIVE : To supervise an entire industrial factory. Must be able to oversee every activities of plant. To implement all rules and policies to all factory workers and ensure them that they follow ever regulation.

6 INDUSTRY : PAPER MANUFACTURING COMPANY ONLY

7 DEPARTMENT / GROUP - Paper Bag Machinery

8 TASK / RESPONSIBILITIES : 


- Responsible for the overall Production/Maintenance.

- Delivering Quality product as per the requirement.

- Looking overall plant cost & Profitability.

- Experience in implementing systems & processes.

- Maintaining good relationship in the plant team & safety of employees & assets of the organization.

- Encouraging employees and supporting them to develop their skills & achieve targets.

9 KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES 


- Should have proven record of handling a Corrugation plant solely

- Capacity to give a production of 2500 tons

- Organisational skill

- Interpersonal skills

10 QUALIFICATION: Any Engineering background

11 EXPERIENCE : 15 - 20 YRS
