Factory Manager - FMCG (10-18 yrs)
- Candidates should have experience of looking over all biscuit plant (material to Packing process)
- Guarantee effective and efficient coordination of production operations to meet and deliver volume targets by due dates meeting specific quality standards as required by marketing plans.
- Ensure maintenance programmes are carried out promptly and continuous availability of equipment/machinery; ensure Health, Safety and Environment Management.
- Prepare reports (daily productions, forecast and plant compliance) to account for monthly variances and confirmation of monthly production plan.
- Ensure "Business Targets Achievement are meet in terms of budget and cost control as well as sales demand satisfaction.
- Manage team and individual performance through regular reviews, monitoring objectives and ensuring development needs are identified and actioned
