Factory Manager - Consumer Durable/FMCG/Mfg

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Production, Quality and Logistics, warehousing & finished goods inventory control, shipping and logistics.

2. Responsible for selection, coaching, feedback and development of plant personnel. Key involvement in setting and meeting targets/aspirations of the team.

3. Maintain the professional relationship with functional Unit Heads/other functions.

4. Overall responsibility for adherence to local laws, especially labour laws, pollution control laws, fire and explosives, safety, electrical installations etc.

5. Supervising Production, Maintenance, Shipping and Stores Quality.

Required:

1. 8-10 years of experience in factory/ manufacturing.

2. Thorough knowledge of all people-related issues in the factory.

3. Meeting the Unit Objectives.

4. Understanding company policies and programs

5. Proficient in English and Telugu.

6. Would prefer women candidates.
