The Organization (About the Client) :
Our client is the Indian subsidiary which has commenced operations for waste management and recycling of recyclable plastics headquartered in Mumbai.
The Assignment (The Role / Job Description) :
Spearheading the Factory at Gujarat as the Factory Head and Production Manager, manufacturing of recycled plastic from plastic waste, responsibility for QC, labour and industry relations management, plant productivity, plant maintenance, control on rejections, comprehensive safety and hygiene on the shopfloor.

(Candidate Details) :
A) Experience
i) Has handled production in plastics industry/waste plastics recyling.
ii) Preferably, has handled baling and recycling extruder machines.
iii) Strong eye on cost and quality, plant efficiency, labour productivity, IR relations, plant safety.
iv) Proven leadership as the overall factory head
B) Competencies
i) Target and results oriented.
ii) Align production to market demand, control on inventories .
iii) Safety, Hygiene, Environment, Legal compliances
iv) Passion for innovation and automation to drive plant productivity.
Work Experience : 15 yrs to 22 yrs
