Factory HR Manager - FMCG (9-15 years)

Urgently Looking for HR & Admin Manager with leading FMCG.

Location: Bhandgoan (near by Pune)

Experience: 9 to 15 years

- CTC can go up to the 17 lacs.

Ideal candidate will be an PG in Management with strong experiences in:

- Monitor, measure and report on Admin issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.

- Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.

Job functions & responsibilities:

- Well-maintained relations with Govt. Authorities i.e. Police, PF Office, Labour office, MPCB, Grampanchayat, Factory Inspector etc.

- Streamlining the Manpower requirement as per the product / section requirement.

- Day to day preparation of weekly MIS / overtime analysis on Manpower.

- Contractual Manpower allocation as per requirement received from Production & other sections.

- Monitoring and ensure Contractors follow and adhere to legal compliance related to Labour Act and Factories Act. It includes daily maintenance / monitoring of labour records, break system to labours, issuance of appointment letter, identity badge, verification letter, salary related record and timely submission of all statutory documents by the contractors.

- Daily monitoring / supervision of Casuals for quality / quantity.

- Recruitment of contractual labours / Officers / Workmen - short listing and screening as per SA 8000 norms.

- Meeting all SA 8000 / CTPAT requirement with regards to Factory employees

- Coordinating / monitoring training & development activities.

- Overall responsibility of Factory Administration & Facility Management

- Coordinating and implementation / follow-up on various CSR activities

- Monitoring of CCTV and ensuring the Security systems are followed as per the Company security policy. 100% compliance to rules and regulations.

- Instituting disciplinary action whenever necessary.
