Factory HR & IR Head based at Sri City - Andhra Pradesh. Reports to HR Head. Telegu &amp; Tamil speaking language is Must. Job Profile - - To manage effectively HR, IR and Administration for the plant to enable smooth functioning of the plant operations - To achieve the KRAs set for the HR &amp; Administration department. - Plan Manpower for the plant along with Factory Head. - Execute manpower plan as per need for the smooth functioning of the operations. - Ensure appropriate talent is attracted and selected through a robust recruitment process. - Adopt appropriate recruitment strategies looking at business needs. - Constantly identify training needs to develop staff &amp; workers along with other department heads. - Prepare &amp; Execute an effective training plan in coordination with the Corporate L&amp;D Team. - Ensure appropriate OD interventions to retain, develop and deploy talent in coordination with Corporate HR. - Ensure PMS process is implemented &amp; followed effectively as per corporate guidelines. - Ensure all statutory compliances under various labour/factory laws are in Place. - Continuously strive to maintain coordinated relations with employees &amp; external stakeholders. - Ensure efficient contract labour management and compliances under contract labour. - Deploy effective administrative systems at the plant like canteen, medical, transport, Housekeeping etc. as applicable. - Ensure health &amp; safety of all employees. - Appropriate liaising with local communities, bodies &amp; government agencies. - To take various initiatives to engage employees throughout the year. - To prepare and administer the budget for the department. - Escalate and inform all important issues to the Plant head and Reporting Manager. - Set appropriate KRAs for the team, monitor their performance and give appropriate feedback for development. Knowledge -&nbsp; - Experience in managing IR for a large factory. - Knowledge of various compliances under different labour law. - Knowledge of managing factory administration - Should have a good understanding of HR process like Recruitment, Compensation management, Performance management, Training etc. - Experience in managing HR &amp; Admin function/handling trade union at the reputed organization at their plant setup.
