Factory Head - Modular Solutions - Nalagarh (H.P.)

Our client is well know home solutions and water management company diversified in Home furniture and Modular Kitchen . We are searching for Factory Head for their state of art factory at Himachal Pradesh.

Role :Factory Manager

Location: Nalagarh (H.P.)

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience: minimum 10+ to 20 years of experience in overall Factory Management.

- Extensive experience in handling entire factory setup is mandatory.

- Experience in developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.

- Excellent Communication Skills.

- Be Team Player with expertise in training team with analysis towards improving their skills and productivity.

- Experience in screening, recruiting and training new factory workers.

- Experience in collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.

- Monitoring factory machinery to keep it in good working order.

- Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.

- Preparing production reports and submitting them to the management.

- Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.

- Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Bachelor's degree in industrial management, logistics, or related field or Technology (B. E. / B. Tech).

- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory with minimum 100 employees.

- Experience with factory setups involved in Product development along with powder coating process will be preferred.

- Certification in production or inventory management or quality control.

- Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.

- The ability to multitask.

- Outstanding time management skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong management and leadership skills.

Annual CTC: 25.00 to 30 L per annum
