Factory Head - Consumer Durables (15-20 yrs)
Role & Responsibility:
- You will be overall incharge for Plant operations
- Your role includes handling good senior team(Production / Quality / Maintenance / Materials/HR/Plant Finance).
- Technical service & support activities.
- Enhance Plant Efficiency and Productivity and day to day activities.
- Planning, Executing Production & Maintenance.
- Implementing Lean Manufacturing Techniques and you should have hands of experience in various Quality Management system, Ensure the production target is met as per the Budget, plan & quality specifications
- P & L Management, Budgeting and expense control.
- Reductions of Costs
- Optimum utilization of Resources.
- Develop and implement strategies and action plans.
- Analyze & controlling daily-weekly-monthly-yearly Production targets. Planning of workforce, shift management activities.
- Strong experience of handling IR issues. Should have handled unionised workforce
