Factory Head - Chemical & Polymer Manufacturing Firm (18-22 yrs)
Core Competencies :
- Manufacturing, Production Planning, Inventory Control, Product commissioning & Trouble shooting, maintenance, Cost Saving Initiatives, Process Engineering, Quality and safety Management, System Application Products in Data Processing.
- Production, Planning & Control :- Planning & integration of business plan into operations. Focus attention on inventory management & working capital. Adapting process improvement measure to maximize capacity utilization..
- Operations & Maintenance : Planning effective preventative & predictive maintenance schedules of various equipment to increase machine up time & equipment reliability. Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/ breakdowns & take steps to rectify the same.
Preparing maintenance records, work instructions for different operations for the unit &maintaining reports for facilitating decision making.
- Quality Assurance / Audits : Ensure & sustain - Good Manufacturing Practices- .Conduct internal audits & implementing steps for curtailing product/ process rejections and defects. Implement & monitoring - Plant Change Control Procedure- for achieving productivity, cost reduction, energy conservation and product quality.
- Environment, Health and Safety : Charting several safety measures for minimizing occurrence of accidents, hazards. Implementing EHS initiatives to manage operations as per set environmental stipulations and improve occupational health and safety at work place
