Factory Delivery Manager - People Management - Agile Methodology (8-15 yrs)
Primary Skills (Technical Must Haves): People Management, Agile methodology, Continuous Improvement, Process optimization, Software development - Lifecycle experience, Relevant Onsite experience (US, Europe etc.,)
Secondary Skills (Technical Good To Have): Lean, Six Sigma Methodologies, Project Management.
The CX Factory Delivery manager is responsible for the overall delivery of the CX factory:
Define & implement CX staffing "strategy"
- Collect & consolidate staffing needs
- Build and monitor staffing budget forecast
- Maintain an up-to-date "register" of all CX team members
- Plan & mitigate mission endings
- Lead onboarding process
- Lead offboarding process
- Measure & monitor factory-wide, team "happiness"
- Schedule & animate cross-factory "all-hands" meetings
- Define travelling needs (IN <-> FR) and ensure team consistency
- Drive & implement cross-team, regular re-organizations
- Coordinate the Scrum Master teams & align KPIs
- Measure, monitor & optimize team productivity
- Continuous improvement / quality / progress
- Monitor "competency" assessment & promote upskilling
- Management of the scrum masters team.
