Job Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Factory Commercial Manager to oversee and manage the commercial operations of our manufacturing facility.


- This role involves driving profitability through effective cost management, optimizing the supply chain, managing customer relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management within a manufacturing environment, with expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management & Budgeting:

- Oversee the development and management of the factory's commercial budget, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.

- Monitor and manage costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining product quality.

- Implement pricing strategies for products based on market analysis, production costs, and competitor benchmarks.

- Prepare financial reports and forecasts, presenting to senior management.

2. Supply Chain & Procurement:

- Develop and manage supplier relationships to secure raw materials and components at competitive prices.

- Lead procurement strategies to ensure the timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules.

- Oversee inventory control and materials management to minimize stockouts and overstocking.

- Manage logistics operations to ensure the efficient flow of materials in and out of the factory.

3. Sales & Business Development:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align production capabilities with customer demand.

- Collaborate with customers and the sales team to negotiate contracts and ensure product delivery timelines.

- Drive business development opportunities by identifying new markets, products, and business partnerships.

- Develop pricing strategies and promotional offers for clients, ensuring profitability.

4. Contract Management:

- Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, customers, and other third parties.

- Ensure that all contractual obligations are met, resolving any disputes or issues that arise during the contract lifecycle.

5. Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement:

- Collaborate with production and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

- Implement cost-effective solutions and strategies that optimize production schedules and resource usage.

- Monitor factory performance metrics and ensure targets for output, quality, and efficiency are met.

6. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Lead and manage a cross-functional team that includes commercial staff, procurement professionals, and logistics personnel.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, ensuring seamless communication between commercial, production, and other departments.

- Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to commercial teams, ensuring professional growth and development.

7. Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure the factory complies with local, regional, and international regulations regarding production, health and safety, and environmental standards.

- Identify and manage commercial risks associated with supply chains, customer relationships, and pricing fluctuations.

Key Requirements:

Education: CA + 5YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Experience:

- Minimum of 5-7 years in commercial or operational management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

- Strong experience in procurement, supply chain management, sales, and contract negotiations.

- Proven track record of driving profitability and cost efficiency in a factory setting.

Skills & Competencies:
