Facilities Manager - Healthcare

Primary point of contact for greenfield manufacturing site construction activities to include construction timelines, budget, workmanship quality and safety.

- Schedules and coordinates modifications to the facility. Develops and monitors budgets for facility modifications by obtaining bids from contractors. Inspects, approves, and coordinates construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established specifications. Approves work done/services for specific invoices. Final budget approval for facility modifications approved by Management

- Coordinates work with outside contractors regarding service contracts for preventive maintenance of facility and manufacturing equipment. Also coordinates preventative maintenance of production and non-production related equipment. Responsible for maintaining accurate preventative maintenance records through the computerized

Maintenance Management System.

- Must be completely conversant, and in compliance with, applicable company safety, loss prevention and environmental standards, as well as applicable regulatory requirements. Responsible to report any instances of non-compliance immediately to Management.

- Reviews job orders/work requests daily to determine priorities. Coordinates and supervises work assignments of Facilities staff and ensures a high level of customer service to internal customers.
