Regional Business Development Manager
Location: Mumbai/Pune
- Sales & Marketing of FACE offerings across West India
- Acquire & Manage tie ups with key clients (Engineering Colleges, B-School, Graduate Colleges etc)
- Hire and Groom Sales Managers
- Effectively manage the Client acquisition and Client management activities through Sales Managers
- Branding & Market Intelligence initiatives
Ideal Candidate:
- Extrovert / builds relationships
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written
- Team management skills
- Likes to travel / on the field exposure
- Execution orientation
- Candidates with sales and/or sales team management experience in FMCG, Banking and Insurance sector will be preferred
Eligibility:
- Premier B-School MBA
- 2-5 years of post MBA experience
- Handled Sales Team of 3-10
