Head of Marketing - Web3 - AR/VR/WebXR About the Role As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for owning and driving all B2B marketing activities including strategic partnerships, community engagement and management, offline marketing, social media and content marketing, digital marketing, etc for Fabrik and look into performance metrics. You will be responsible for solidifying Fabrik as a preferred brand in the niche segment of industrial metaverse and digital work instruction across industries and verticals. You will be responsible for achieving business goals for our customer acquisition targets with marketing initiatives. You will lead a marketing team, and work closely with the core team to develop marketing plans & budgets, and develop innovative growth strategies to meet our top of funnel targets. It's a challenging role in a new domain and a niche product in AR/VR/XR and Web3 domain, where you will lead the responsibilities ranging from strategy to execution to build incredible global visibility. - You Must be from engineering and marketing background - Must be having B2B/SaaS/PaaS marketing experience with a passion for engineering / industrial products - Must be able to handle teams Responsibilities: - Strategize and craft marketing plans for new age deep tech products in augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) - Develop B2B marketing plans, budgets and targets for customer acquisition across verticals - Work with stakeholders to build go-to-market strategies for our product and services, helping Fabrik build and scale multiple business lines and build the brand portfolio Creating a large top-of-the-funnel and leverage data to understand and build conversion funnels - Marketing Strategy & Execution: Budgets & ROI - Work closely with cross-functional teams in sales, partnerships, product to drive business growth - Build and lead a team across multi-dimensional marketing functions - Achieve growth targets across all marketing channels and measure performance - Define new benchmarks of scaling performance - Expand Fabrik's reach to customers and market adoption - Work with agencies to spearhead the marketing initiatives - Work with management to achieve business goals. Skills and Competencies - Excellent story-teller and written & verbal communication skills - Strong presentation and persuasive skills - Experience bringing new products to the market in PaaS/ SaaS domains - Creativity and vision to create top-notch ideas for product/ brand - 8-15 years of techno-marketing experience, preferably in Tech Product/ SaaS based environment across B2B - Prior experience and adept in managing offline marketing and digital marketing - Keen interest in deep tech immersive technologies and solutions - Strong decision-making skills with experience of handling cross-functional teams and stake-holder management Bonus if you have - 4 years+ Engineering experience background with transition to marketing - Understanding and experience of AR/VR/XR and/or metaverse - Marketing experience with product based start-ups
