About the Role:
Director Business Development will be responsible for identifying and finalizing relationship with all stakeholders to run the relationship profitably.
Responsibility :
- Enable development of relationship with Partners
- Responsible for End-to-End business development of the Cluster or city; includes planning and building short-term and long-term supply.
- Launching and Building Fabohome in new areas and city clusters.
- Cross-functional approach - coordination with multiple teams (Operations, Sales, On boarding)
- Forecasting - Balance inventory growth with demand to ensure optimization.
Skills :
- Successfully negotiated partnerships as part of business development deals
- Handled P & L
- Field Sales experience is preferable
- Hunger to grow with us
Candidates Background :
- 1-3 years of experience, ideally in the following
- Sales and marketing experience with Real estate companies and Builder organization like Mantri,Sobha
- Retail franchise acquisition (Pizza Hut, Mc Donald, and Dominos, Eureka Forbes,Kent )
- Candidate should ideally have an engineering degree (from IIT preferred) and an MBA from a top 10 college in India (preferred).
- Experience in early-stage startup environments would be an advantage.
