Fabogo - VP - International Operations

Here is what we are looking to do :

1. To be a part of the leadership team responsible for planning, managing & growing operations.

2. To be responsible for the Country's P&L statement.

3. To lead the sales & operations team and drive them to achieve the goals.

4. Essentially do everything that is required to scale up the organisation and fix the gaps.

5. Responsible for scaling up the team as & when required.

4. Someone who comes with 4+ years of experience in a growth & strategy building role

5. Experience of working with an early stage start up is an added bonus.
