Fabogo - Manager - Social Media & Accounts (2-4 yrs)
Here is what we are looking to do:
- Craft custom and original social media and digital marketing content for our clients while acting as a single point of contact on behalf of the company
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Liaison with communications team and source content for the cross-channel initiatives
- Working with designers to furbish relevant creatives for social media profiles
- Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, design etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Here is whom we are looking for :
- 1 to 3 years of relevant Social Media, Account Management and Editorial experience
- Great communication skills and a strong conceptual thought-process
- An eye for detail, copywriting and proofreading
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional content at high volumes under tight timelines
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
Salary offered: 7 - 8 LPA
