Here is what we are looking to do :

- Will be responsible for managing all operations within a country. This includes owning the P/L, Revenue, People and growth.

- Responsible for recruiting and managing the team in Dubai. Will be owning up the team's growth path.

- Implement & develop strategies for the overall growth.

- To lead the sales & operations team and drive them to achieve the goals.

- Essentially do everything that is required to scale up the organisation and fix the gaps.

- Someone who comes with 4+ years of experience in a growth & strategy building role

- Experience of working with an early stage start up is an added bonus.
