Purpose of the Job : - Develop and execute company's digital marketing strategy, along with planning and budgeting - Design, implement and manage digital marketing programs, focusing on building awareness and new customer acquisition - Optimise spends on all paid channels; design strategies for new users acquisition while ensuring unit economics profitability (key KRA of the role) - Run A/B tests across paid search campaigns & landing pages - Generate weekly / monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals / revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive benchmarking of key metrics Key Skills : - Good understanding of marketing concepts, with strong expertise and understanding of all type of digital marketing campaigns - Thorough understanding of Social Media Marketing (especially Facebook, Insta), Blogging based marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ad words and other PPC campaigns, running e-mail campaigns, SEO/SEM and marketing automation / CRM platforms like Netcore - Strong analytical skills and expertise in measuring RoI across various marketing channels Qualification / Experience : - Should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B e-Commerce / digital company - Should have led the performance marketing function, for atleast 3 years - Experience in analytics, and passion for apparel and fashion will be a big plus - Should have strong communication skills - Candidates from premier institutes / with engineering background, will be preferred
