Roles And Responsibilities: - Responsible for managing and growing our E-commerce Marketplaces (Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, etc.) business - Identify, establish, and grow our strategic partnerships in the e-commerce space - Create a strong operational plan to ensure that our brand achieves its business objectives on all platforms - Develop online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets - Identify strategic, high-value initiatives and optimization opportunities through user research, analysis, and competitive insights to accelerate growth Qualifications & Experience: - Degree from a premier institute with minimum 2 years of experience - Strong program management ability and Data analytics skills - Stakeholder management: Must be proficient in managing all internal and external stakeholders - Knowledge of fashion e-commerce and previous know-how of business operations on leading marketplaces would be a great value add, though not a must-have - Proficient in MS office
