Retention Marketing Manager

It was launched in September 2016 with FableStreet, a premium western wear brand focused on providing the best fit for Indian women. It has now evolved into a multi-brand organization with March Jewellery a sterling silver and semi-precious jewelry brand, which caters to womens need for high-quality jewelry at affordable prices, and Pinkfort an ethnic, Indo-western brand reimagining traditional clothing for the woman of today.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Create new or develop existing retention campaigns and programs

2. Evaluate program results and optimize as needed.

3. Own Retention Tools and Solutions (MoEngage, Clevertap, GA)

4. Own campaigns (SMS, WhatsApp, Push App, Cards) from briefing to deployment

5. Implement best practices and technology standards, ensuring our marketing efforts are in compliance with brand guidelines and regulations

6. Sell new products to existing customers

7. Understand the customer journey and refine the channel contact strategy to meet customers within each lifecycle stage

8. Develop a direct mail and SMS testing roadmap to optimize engagement and drive revenue

9. Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback

Requirements:

- Experience with Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and Clevertap and Retention Tools such as #MoEngage

- Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing campaign performance

- Experience with data management, analysis, presentation, reporting, and tracking tools (Excel, Pivot Tables).

- A strong work ethic plus demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to use information, data, and resources to proactively identify and solve problems to get the job done

- Collaborate effectively in a team environment. Integrity and optimism, regardless of the situation
