- Maintain inventory cover as per target for the category.

- Define and monitor ISQ levels on Fabconnect and ensure the maintenance of ISQ at MRW/store (for defined SKUs).

Planning

- OTB strategy and working for category basis trend planning, growth potential and lost opportunities.

- Buy Plan consolidation & tracking for category.

- Create option plan for upcoming season.

- Prepare MIS/presentation for review meetings (plan vs adherence, OFR).

- Dispatch plan - Respond to DL request.

- Drive sell through for HLS category.

Reporting & Analysis

- Weekly & monthly reports and Analysis - Sell throughs, Stocking, Vendor performance, Delays, order fulfilment Reports for RA,

- Identification of gaps & stock requirements

- ISQ management- Planning & monitoring ISQ products to maintain ideal stock quantities for each store.Reviewing ISQ range and making changes basis sales

- Order fulfilment against Customer Order,Institutional Sale, Ecommerce

- PO Creation & Order Tracking

- Sharing Buying Tracker with Markets

Market Research

- Provide feedback on competition with respect to new products, prices, discounting
