Job Description:

- Perform in-depth analysis on critical demand performance metrics

- Develop strategy and identify key areas of revenue growth through OTAs

- Work closely with the internal teams and support them with data, dashboards & analysis

- Drive change and implement ideas - Pricing strategy, Listing content and overall optimization on property level

- Act as an overall Business Development Consultant for the Hotel Manager / Owner

- Examine, interpret and communicate the results of analytical initiatives to relevant stakeholders

- Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide recommendations to improve long-term strategies

- Conduct analysis with respect to competitors, demand, inventory availability, pricing control and new pricing concepts

- Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel

Good-to-have skills / experience:

- At least 2 years of experience (Preferably in a high growth startup)

- Hands-on experience knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets

- Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment

- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines

- Capacity to read situations, understand environments and respond accordingly

- High level of motivation, determination and commitment

- Fluent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in handling B2C Revenue is desired
