Opportunity: Senior Manager - Revenue & Pricing

What you will do:

- Drive pan-India P&L for hotels portfolio optimizing for hotel level occupancy & prices

- Drive pricing analytics & strategy, ensure pricing reflects asset & brand strength relative to competition and seasonal market conditions

- Manage team of 8-10 analysts across pricing, portfolio optimization and demand channels

- Manage relationships & analytics for central online channels such as OTAs, Inside sales

- Optimize inventory allocation across demand channels such as B2B, B2C and OTAs

- Work with functional heads in revenue (B2C and B2B), hotels acquisition, operations & tech

- Develop strong market awareness of own portfolio & competitor brands/ hotels

- Report to founders/ senior management for monthly & quarterly revenue & margin targets

What you will need:

- Prior experience in leading a category and/ or P&L ownership

- Process optimization and problem solving skills

- Prior experience in managing a team to deliver challenging targets

- Strong business judgment to identify business needs & solve challenges to achieve goals

- Comfort working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with high ownership

- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines

- Ability to collaborate productively across functions

- Min. relevant work experience of 4+ years

- Strong education pedigree is a plus
