We are looking for a leader to develop, design and deliver projects in B2C verticals. - Become the enabler for the Field Supply team and help them achieve their Targets by setting up right plans and processes - Lead the Partner support team and track and Grow Partner NPS MoM - Build central onboarding team to acquire hotels centrally - Coordinate with Management, Acquisitions and operations team to understand and quantify the impacts of key business decision and tradeoffs - Develop performance metrics to assist with driving business results - Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate root causes of defects and build opportunities to improve or simplify SOPs in order to drive efficiency - Improve Brand Visibility through internal and external signages at Fab properties. The role will report into the Head of B2C. What do we need in our ideal candidate? - 3+ Years of experience with a high growth start up Strong business acumen - Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. - Efficiently manages time based on continual evaluation of priorities, meets deadlines with high quality deliverable reflecting complete understanding of expectations, able to multi-task with laser-like focus - Clear thinking and logical with an ability to deal with ambiguity - Skills in ROI optimization, creative and critical thinking. - Fluent written and verbal communication skills will be a plus.
