What we have :

- As a Product Manager you will own a particular product segment or workflow

- Understand user needs and pain points through one on one interactions directly with users or other business stakeholders and through data analytics

- Gather the requests from business stakeholders or from users and identify the most impactful problems to solve and be able to estimate the business impact of solving them

- Lead the team to find the best way to solve a problem articulate it in detail through product requirement documents

- Foster collaboration with business stakeholders, design and engineering teams

- Define metrics and measurement strategies for the product and team and own the targets for relevant metrics

What we expect :

- Develop and define product roadmaps and feature concepts

- Work with the engineering team to communicate release goals and be a part of product life cycle

- Interface with stakeholders for inputs on market trends, feature requirements and product gaps

- Own product performance and conduct periodic performance reviews

- Creative ideation and articulation of ideas

What you have :

- 4-6 years of overall experience with at-least 3 years of Hands on experience in Product Management

- B.Tech education is a must have (development experience is an added advantage)

- An MBA from a premier B-school (Tier I & II)

- Able to work with multiple groups and processes

- Outstanding intellectual capability & Solid analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work and thrive in a multi- tasked fast paced environment

- Someone who gets a kick out of creating something from scratch and seeing the fast pace actions translate into revenue
