Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage the collections team's daily activities to ensure they meet their targets and goals.

- Review and analyze accounts receivable reports and take appropriate action to ensure timely collections.

- Provide regular reports and analysis to the Collections Manager on the status of outstanding debts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, finance, and legal, to resolve customer disputes and ensure timely payment.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve the collections process, including identifying opportunities for process improvement.

- Ensure credit is recovered from the clients at all costs and that 60+ outstanding days credit is 0.

- Conduct regular training sessions for the collections team on best practices and new policies and procedures.

- Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of collection strategies and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.

- Monitor and manage the collections team's daily activities to ensure they meet their targets and goals.

- Maintain accurate records of all collections activities and communicate progress to the Collections Manager and other stakeholders.

Qualification & Skills:

- 3-5 years of experience in B2B collections, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.

- Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and requirements.

- Fluent written and verbal communication skills will be a plus.
