Profile :

Key responsibilities :

1. Identifying market movers of B2B sales and setting up meetings with Corporate Client / Travel Agent Sales

2. Building a network of Corporate Client / Travel agent\/ B2B Clients

3. Pitching about our product & generating business from Corporate Client/SMEs

4. Understanding the business flow of market and cross selling hotels across India

5. Taking reporting of daily sales from agents and helping them to grow

6. Meeting and developing relationships with Key Corporate Clients via meetings and event engagements.

7. Responsible for maximizing revenues and handling client expectations and key problem solving

8. Manage & drive the growth & margin targets for respective region - Attract, retain & manage growth of city - Support & liaise with marketing, branding, sourcing, operations & finance teams

Must-Have :

- Coaching and motivating the sales team time to time

- Strong relationship and market knowledge pan India

- Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to communicate and deal confidently with senior leadership.

- A well-balanced approach to drive the best out of people/ teams.

- Outside the box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics, to build a stellar sales pipeline

- Led a Team successfully earlier to achieve more than Targets.
