Opportunity: HRBP Location: Gurugram What we have: - Own the culture and constantly strive to maintain the best - Managing complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements - Induction of new entrants to familiarize them with company culture, values, policies, processes and assist them in understanding their roles and responsibilities - Conceptualising & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement. - Developing and implementing the performance management & Rewards & Recognition system for the company. - Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management via HRMS platform - Drive all employee and workplace-related events and programs - Design and execute all employee related communications - Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy. - Acts as a change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation striving to lead mutual processes to best practice status. - Demonstrated ability to influence the stakeholders to bring the required changes - Provides day-to-day coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organisational design consultation - Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. - Conduct ongoing supply and demand analysis for business partners on current and future state staffing and skill needs and designs talent acquisition strategies to meet those needs. What you have: - Are excited to be part of a young, dynamic team that is building a disruptive, fast growing business - Must have experience of setting up HR systems & processes from scratch in a Start-up - MBA with 5+ years of diverse HR experience - Hands on person who can create the HR Infrastructure and drive change initiatives. - Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills.
