Being data-driven; a clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics. 2. Being social and understanding of users- behaviour. 3. Willing to learn. 4. Having a startup mindset. 5. A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience 5. Editing and copywriting skills 6. Being performance and results-oriented 7. Being curious and creative 8. Being relentless in pursuit of growth 9.
