With number of kitchens and products growing, supply chain and warehouse management role plays a very critical role. Faasos is looking to hire Supply Chain Management Managers for South and North region and expand the team. Location :- We have 2 openings, 1 in Bangalore, 1 in NCR. Following goes the scope of work :- - Demand &amp; Supply Planning for fast pace growth and multi layered and multi brands operations. - Build strategies for effective vendor development &amp; management. Maintain benchmarks - Ensure adherance of vendors to the agreed upon metrics &amp; cost and quality benchmarks. - Develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations. Connect between procurement operations and other teams- kitchen operations, quality, tech, demand, R&amp;D, chefs. - Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency, speed and optimize cost. - Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity. - Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps - Lead/strategies, communications and negotiations with external suppliers - Manage large supply operations team at different level in multiple geographies in India - Lead the team-ensure the KRAs of the team members are met and assist/train them in achieving the same - Own procurement plan/projections- Vendor alignment, volume projections, seasonality. Control input cost- cap on retail, contribute towards long term price lock - Control food variance across kitchens- inventory control, adhering to design for PO If building a start-up operations excites you; please share your updated profile and contact details to proceed further. What we are looking for in an ideal candidate:- - Influencing without authority: Innovative leader with the ability to identify opportunities and influence stakeholders across functions to gain support and overcome resistance with data and persuasion - Building and Developing a strong team: Significant experience leading teams, developing your directs to consistently deliver valuable projects and performance on core metrics - Strong Communication: Ability to communicate expectations and requirements equally well with business and technology teams at all levels, and capacity to write well -reasoned and data-driven proposals, performing your own data analysis as necessary - Problem Solving: Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, to structure ambiguous situations and to use data analysis to the extent possible to find and drive solutions - Delivering Results: Ability to successfully deliver end-to-end complex technology and operations projects under tight timelines, working through the multiple constraints along the way Preferred Qualifications - 0 - 2 yrs years of experience into operations or SCM or on supply side. - BE/ B.Tech or MBA in SCM or Equivalent Course from reputed institutes, Tier I/ Tier II Institutes.
