F&A Operations Leader - BPO (15-20 yrs)
Role is lead the horizontal F&A practice for All Domestic Accounts. Leading Service delivery of 250+ FTEs across multiple accounts with complete account ownership and P&L management,
- Strategic leadership role - spearheading operations across all 3 towers and having Transformation/ Process Improvement as a part of his delivery portfolio
- Leaders from 3rd party operations, Good Communication skill and delivery skills will be of key expectation. Flavour of Transformation, Robotics as a part of operations delivery is best preferred.
- The Incumbent should be leading the existing F&A Operations, farming and Mining accounts, leverage Domestic Accounts to Key Revenue generating Business Units
