About Pod Program

Raudra Pod program is a unique initiative of Raudra Edu Services to promote entrepreneurship and innovation. The world is rapidly changing and the list of needs of consumers and businesses across the world are emerging in an unimaginable speed. Pod program is a launch pad for all the dreams of entrepreneurs who require a launch pad to take off and make a dent in the universe.

Raudra Pod Program is sector agnostic and business model agnostic. Companies across sectors and business models can be created, launched and grown at Pod. The program focusses on identifying the gaps in each of the sectors, establish market-product fit, develop the MVP, generate initial traction and launch the pod into an exponentially growing organisation.

Role Summary

Excellent opportunity if you are looking to be an entrepreneur in future and/or want to get a deep dive experience in the Indian startup world.

MBA graduate from IIM/ISB or top global B-School in Finance/ Strategy/ General Management. Preference will be given to candidates with work experience prior to MBA.

Engineering graduates from top 10 Engineering colleges and also those with international degrees from premium universities will also be considered.

The Founder's Office takes initiatives and healthily contributes to the strategic planning of the organisation and does a lot of general management work. You would get to work closely with the founder of the company which would give very good exposure and view on how a startup is built from scratch.

This position would be with the CEO. EIR candidate will have a significant amount of Finance/ Legal/ Investor Relations/ Research responsibilities along with General Management tasks. Would need to coordinate with stakeholders to get growth of the organisation going along with managing various key projects for the CEO office.

Key Deliverables

- General management

- Investor Relations

- Dealing with investors and advisors

- Coordinating with legal and accounting teams

- Working on investment deck and going over MIS reports

- Help with senior recruitment in the company

- Dealing with senior executives of partner companies, help with negotiation of new deals for company

- Preparing monthly and quarterly reports

- Help with executing new business strategies

Qualification

- Full Time MBA (1 or 2 year on campus program from Top 10 Management Schools) or Engineering from Top 10 Engineering College. International Education from premium universities will also be considered.
