Roles and Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review - Create meaningful &amp; simple processes that will help sales and other functions align well to meet business objectives. Identify the right systems/ tools that will compliment the internal process to help scale business - Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies and assist with onboarding new sales resources and sales training programs. - Assist Sales Heads in designing and implementing sales incentive program that will motivate sales managers to go the extra mile - Identify and eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies - Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and deliver regular insights to the business. - Partner cross-functionally to implement, measure and refine identified new business opportunities - Create dashboards and reports Experience and skills we are looking for :&nbsp; - 5 years to 7 years of experience in Sales operations - Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office and data analytics - Experience on sales automation and any CRM system - Experience in Tableau, SPSS, SQL, VBA or Power BI - Knowledge in service application for collaboration and work management platforms Qualities that will make you successful in this role :&nbsp; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical thinking to translate data into actional deliverables - Adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid change - Attention to detail - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
