Manager - Design & Creatives

- Manages, coordinates and designs the visuals for Ezetap's Web and Mobile products & gives the products freshing & modern look while adhering to best practices in design of new and existing products.

- Evaluates and ensures design feasibility and design optimization

- Identifies user problems in the B2B finance/merchant sector.

- Research and prototype iterations.

- Creates personas, customer journeys or ecosystem maps based on inputs from research.

- Design wireframes, user flow diagrams and ship these into full-fledged product solutions.

- Create pixel-perfect designs & navigable prototypes before they go for development.

- Tracks and monitors progress on development and quality of the experience.

- Works closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and product analysts to deliver creative, thoughtful solutions.

- Design, own and advance the visual language of all product offerings of Ezetap.

- Be an uncompromising and well-reasoned advocate of delivering a uniform, consistent, clean, and professional Ezetap experience.
