Roles and Responsibilities : - Assisting the business teams on pricing decisions - Review of the contractual documents from finance point of view - Designing and producing analysis that answer complex business questions. You will also need to synthesize and communicate findings to business leaders - To evangelize data usage within the organization to create a culture of data driven business decisions for various departments to help them achieve business goals - Assist Sales Heads in designing and implementing sales incentive program that will motivate sales managers to go the extra mile - Identifying and plugging the process gaps leading to revenue leakages - Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and deliver regular insights to the business leaders - Partner cross-functionally to implement, measure and refine identified new business opportunities - Create meaningful &amp; simple processes that will help sales and other functions align well to meet business objectives. Identify the right systems/ tools that will complement the internal process to help scale business - Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies and assist with onboarding new sales resources and sales training programs. Experience and skills we are looking for : - CA/MBA with 3 - 5 years of experience in Business Finance/Sales ops - Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Experience on sales automation and any CRM system - Experience of SQL, Advanced Excel and Power BI Qualities that will make you successful in this role : - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong business acumen and analytical thinking to translate data into actional deliverables - Adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid change - Attention to detail - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
