Roles and Responsibilities: - Manage overall strategy for categories within & beyond Ezetap current sales models - Be a part of the team, solve key growth &amp; sales opportunities - Shape product and business by building powerful and lasting partnerships that drive business structure - Negotiate and execute partnership deals with brands and organizations - Keep up with innovation in the partner ecosystem to unlock growth opportunities. - Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction - Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs - Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain - Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients - Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives - Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines - Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. - Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support - Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers - Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople Experience and skills we are looking for: - 10 years of experience in business development environment or relevant field - BCom/MBA in business administration, sales, or relevant field - Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Time management and planning skills - Experience in customer support is a plus Qualities that will make you successful in this role: - Communication and negotiation skills - Ability to build rapport - Experience in customer support is a plus - Proven sales track record - Strong business acumen and analytical thinking to translate data into actionable deliverables - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
