Your Roles and Responsibilities : - Own the ultimate success of our customers, including customer on boarding, deployment, retention, and renewal. Ensuring that customers derive maximum value from their investments in Ezetap and fully leverage their subscriptions and services on an ongoing basis. - Build a set of key performance indicators (KPIs), best practices, knowledge base and company business processes that align to a world class customer experience - Partner with all company departments to engage both potential customers and existing customers to ensure that every touch point, including phone, email, website, social media and face to face deliver a superior customer experience - Drive the strategic accounts and generate more revenue - Create &amp; Deliver a business plan as to how the company should deliver a superior customer experience at scale and at optimal cost. - Design a set of self-use tools to ensure customers get the most amount of value from the company's service, including a differentiation of tools offered to SMB (Small and Medium Business) customers as compared to Enterprise customers. - Evolve the customer success deliverables as the business grows - Interact and build relationships with the product management and account management teams, including the design of business processes that align to customer success Here is what we need you to have: - 10+ years of Customer Experience Delivery, Sales account management or related experience - Proficient knowledge of customer success functions - Experience in handling large enterprises/accounts independently - Highly data-driven with a commitment to progress. Excited about driving and tracking a consistent engagement process with all customers in your portfolio - Team management experience - Work experience in the consumer industry will be an added advantage
