- Working with the sales and customer success teams to identify customer business goals and challenges, review account opportunities and influence sales processes to leverage the best of Ezetap's product suite and solutions offerings. - To determine customer requirements, quantify Ezetap business value, coordinate with the Sales & Engineering team to deliver executive level, compelling and differentiating presentations/demonstrations. - Understanding Ezetap's product suite and roadmap and chart multiple offerings and stated needs. - Meeting Customer technical teams to gather business and technical pain-points and insights and arrive at solutions. - Understanding customers business use case and pitching Ezetap product and solutions to cater their requirements and helping close deal with sales. - Working with Ezetap product and engineering teams to implement proposed solutions and with customer success team for deploying the same to customers.
