Core Skills:

- MES Functional Consulting in process & batch manufacturing domain

- Requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing and deployment of MES solution

- Interaction with Subject Matter Experts / plant users / various stake holders for AS-IS study of current landscape and define, design TO-BE plan for MES

- User interaction and GUI specs for ERP / MES / Control systems

- Experience with functional specification design

- Experience of integration with common ERP modules (SCM, WMS,MM etc.), LIMS and QM

- Experience with manufacturing processes covering scheduling, prebatching and integration with shop floor equipment like scales, pallets, linpic etc.

- Experience in implementing multiple MES systems is a plus

- Experience with OT-IT integrations covering PLC, SCADA, DCS systems is a must

- Knowledge of manufacturing performance metrices, reporting and dashboarding is a must

- Experience of MES product comparisons and functional/technical fit gap analysis

- Experience of designing workflows based on functional requirements

- Working knowledge of Visio and UMP tools is plus

Additional Skills:

- Strong communication and team management skills

- Experienced with Agile Methodologies

- Experience with Product lifecycle planning and release planning is a big plus

- Knowledge of lean six sigma, Kanban and SMED methodologies

- Knowledge of software testing methodologies

Experience & Educational Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in MES consulting

- B. Tech from premier institution

- Lean Six sigma certification
