EY - Team Leader Cum Project Management - Jammu & Kashmir

EY is looking for Team leader cum project management expert having experience with Government clients. The role requires working with Government clients to provide input for the state government in the field of Urban Advisory.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

- PG in management/ social sciences/ engineering/ urban planning/ environmental discipline / related subject

- Relevant Experience between 10-15 Years.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Sanitation sector.

- Should have an experience in Rural sanitation sector.

- Should have experience in Government Advisory projects.

Ideally, you'll also have:

- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.

- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)

-Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Overall project management and development of role and responsibility framework to improve efficiency in daily operations .- prepare reports, briefs, presentations, and other documents as needed; analyse the other survey reports and deduce outcomes - Prioritization of schemes; to ensure meeting the annual ODF plus targets

- Support the mission in streamlining the flow of information from the Village to the district to the State level.

- Assist in day-to-day project implementation Maintain and oversee the calendar of events for SBM activities

- Provide advance support and briefings before meetings and appointments

- Work closely and coordinate with district teams to ensure smooth implementation.

- Identify gaps in implementation, capacity, communications, and develop and implement strategies to address these;
